• Payment must be made in full before production begins.
• We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers through secure gateways.

Once an order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as each product is custom-made.

Before production, clients will receive a digital proof for approval. It is the client’s responsibility to review and confirm all design details, including text, layout, and color.

• Once approved, no changes can be made.
• We are not liable for errors or omissions that were approved by the customer.

• Typical production times vary depending on the order quantity and design complexity.
• Delivery timelines are provided as estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier delays, import restrictions, or material availability).
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If a product arrives damaged or defective:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
• We will evaluate the issue and, if verified, offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

All designs, images, logos, and content displayed on MetalBusinessCards.ae are the intellectual property of our company or our licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of our content without written permission.

Client-submitted logos or designs remain the client's intellectual property, and by uploading them, the client grants us a non-exclusive right to use them for production purposes only.

We strive for excellence, but we are not liable for:

• Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to material differences.
• Delays are caused by third-party couriers or external factors beyond our control.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order.
